Tércia, the mother, reinterprets her world after an unexpected encounter leaves her wondering if she’s cursed. Her husband, Wellington, puts all of his hopes into the soccer career of their son, Deivinho, who reluctantly follows his father’s ambitions despite secretly aspiring to study astrophysics and colonize Mars. Meanwhile, their older daughter, Eunice, falls in love with a free-spirited young woman and ponders whether it’s time to leave home.

木易杨剧场网友：加布里埃尔·马丁斯导演在《火星1号》这部影评中的运镜、剪辑、演员Rejane,Faria,Carlos,Francisco,Cícero,Lucas,Camilla,Souza 的演技、配乐都是满分的存在，《火星1号》以剧情为切入感十分流畅不出戏，甚至里面的一些细节拍的如此之好，让我十分惊喜。

木易杨剧场网友: 影片《火星1号》剧情联系现实，题材很优秀，完成度很高，当中的场景推进都十分的紧凑，剧中的所有场景情节都可以将观众们的心所感染，在技术细节上面当中来看的话，其实也挑不出来很大的毛病，冲着剧情和演员也该给这个分数，Rejane,Faria,Carlos,Francisco,Cícero,Lucas,Camilla,Souza等实力派演员的演技简直了。
